Delivery took a little longer than estimated but that's okay. The quality seems good. I can't measure it but I'd say it's definitely at least three times brighter than normal headlight bulbs. It's very dependant on the quality and age of your headlight housing and the reflectors inside. Mine need some adjustment because they're now pointing in the wrong direction, but overall I'm super happy. The cooling fans spin and everything works perfectly. If they die too soon I'll post again, for now I think it was a good purchase.
