Mascara took just under a month to arrive to the US. Mascara is fresh, sticky. The packaging was not damaged. This was recommended by someone I know. I don’t know if it is something extraordinary. I applied two coats, let the first one dry and went back a second time, but that did not seem to do anything extra. I have no other make up on besides the mascara.
