Arrived in NZ in 2 weeks. It came with thick bubble wrap to make it secure and it was excellent condition. The head is rotatable while the level can go up or down. The sucker is protected until you put it on the dashboard and is sticky to make sure it stays in place. There is also a level that allows it to remove the sucker instead of ripping it off. Amazing product
