I got the size L for the zverschnauzer (very slim! 6,2 kg, 34 cm. In the Withers) as expected, the vest was wide, I will sew a rubber band from below, for a tight fit. If you take less size, then the length on the back will be short. If your zverg is a normal complex, then the vest will sit well. Slightly larger slits for the paw, but well covered neck.

Perfect lil jacket, exactly like the picture. my puppy is 6 months weights 8.5 pounds and i got a small. Its a lil snug but it fits so i think it will last for this colder season coming up but i think shell out grow it by next year. Hope this helps.
